Make your own pita crisps

Follow our easy tips to make your own delicious pita crisps. Perfect with dips as a snack. And healthier than store-bought varieties!


3 pita bread or Lebanese bread
Olive oil spray
Sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Cut bread into rough wedges and arrange on a lined baking tray.
  3. Spray wedges with olive oil and season with salt and sumac.
  4. Bake in the oven for 5-6 minutes until golden and crisp.
