Nut-free chocolate bliss balls recipe
½ cup pumpkin seeds
10 pitted medjool dates
1/3 cup desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling)
1/3 cup raw cacao powder
1/3 cup water
2 Add the rest of the ingredients to processor.
3 Pulse until a sticky mixture forms. If the mixture is too dry, add an extra splash of water and blend again to reach desired consistency.
4 Take roughly a tablespoon measure of mixture and roll into a ball using your hands.
5 Roll in extra desiccated coconut. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy as a sweet snack or after dinner treat.
