Working woman's slice
- 1
Preheat the oven to 160°C fanbake. Grease and line a 20 x 20cm slice tin with baking paper.
- 2
Gently melt butter together with the sugar, honey and molasses. Stir to combine.
- 3
Add the oats, almonds, seeds, dates and coconut and stir until evenly combined. Press mixture into tin in an even layer.
- 4
Bake in the oven for around 25 minutes until slice feels slightly firm.
- 5
Remove from oven and cool in the tin.
- 6
When slice is completely cool, melt chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Using a fork, drizzle chocolate in thin streams back and forth across slice.
- 7
Sprinkle immediately with flaky salt.

When chocolate has set, cut slice into fingers. Store in an airtight container; it will keep for up to 10 days.
