Smokey cashews

Smokey cashews
- 2 cup raw cashew nuts
- 1/2 beaten egg white
- 2 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- Pinch ground allspice
- 2 tablespoon packed dark brown sugar

Heat oven to 160°C fanbake. Line an oven tray with baking paper.

Mix cashews and egg white in a bowl until cashews are well coated. In a separate bowl mix together the other ingredients then add to the nuts and toss thoroughly.

Spread mixture evenly over oven tray and bake until beginning to brown (around 10-15 minutes). Let nuts cool before storing in an airtight container.
