I made a delicious icing a while back including – I think – melted chocolate along with other ingredients. It is the most scrumptious chocolate icing I have ever made, but unfortunately I copied the recipe on a tiny piece of paper from some magazine that I have since misplaced. I think it may have either involved sour cream or a butter icing along with cooking-chocolate melts instead of cocoa. The colour on completion was sort of cinnamon. Please help!

ingredients

- 1 cup chocolate chips or chocolate drops
- 120 gram butter
- 125 millilitre sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 cup icing sugar

method

  Melt the chocolate chips and butter together (use a double boiler, not the microwave!)

  Stir in other ingredients, adding the icing sugar last. You may need to add extra, depending on the consistency that you desire.
