Quick beef and bacon skewers
Requiring just 5 ingredients, these beef and bacon skewers make a fast, easy and budget-friendly dinner. Serve with plenty of tzatziki, flatbread and salad

ingredients
- 350 gram beef rump steak, trimmed, cut into 2.5cm cubes
- 8 button mushrooms, halved, or 16 whole, if small
- 1 zucchini, halved, cut into 2cm pieces
- 2 short-cut bacon, quartered
- 200 gram tub tzatziki

Thread beef, mushrooms, zucchini and bacon onto eight pre-soaked bamboo skewers.

Preheat a char-grill pan or barbecue plate on medium.

Drizzle skewers with flavoured olive oil of choice (lemon, herb, chilli or garlic). Chargrill for 3-4 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to taste.

Serve skewers with tzatziki for dipping and accompanied with Greek salad and toasted flatbread.
