Pomegranate summer punch
This refreshing pomegranate summer punch is perfect enjoyed with friends or family on a hot summer's afternoon or evening

ingredients
- seeds from 1 pomegranate
- rosemary leaves
- 2 limes, juice
- 1 litre pomegranate juice
- 500 millilitre lemon lime and bitters or lemonade
- fresh rosemary sprigs, to garnish

A day ahead of serving, scatter several tablespoons of pomegranate seeds into an ice cube tray with a few rosemary leaves. Top with water and freeze.

Put the remaining pomegranate seeds, lime juice, pomegranate juice and lemon lime and bitters into a large jug, mix to combine. Place ice cubes into glasses and pour cooler over the ice, garnish with sprigs of rosemary and serve.
