ingredients
- 500 gram chopped dark chocolate
- 395 gram sweetened condensed milk
- 100 gram chopped butter
- 1 tablespoon dark rum
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup toasted natural almonds
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped pistachios
- 1/3 cup halved glacé cherries
- 50 gram melted white chocolate

Lightly grease and line a 22cm springform pan with baking paper.

In a medium saucepan, stir dark chocolate, condensed milk, chopped butter and dark rum on low heat for 5-6 minutes until mixture is melted and smooth.

Pour into pan. Sprinkle over cranberries, almonds, pistachios and cherries, pressing lightly.

Chill for 1 hour until firm. Drizzle with melted white chocolate. Allow to set. Slice into wedges to serve. Store in the fridge.
notes
- You can use milk or white chocolate to make the fudge.
