Melon and yoghurt
- 1/2 honeydew melon, seeded, peeled and cut into chunks or wedges
- 1 cup (280g) natural, greek-style yoghurt
- sweetener to taste (optional)
- 1/2 cup (75g) chopped pistachios
method
Melon and yoghurt

Arrange honeydew melon on serving plates. Top each with a dollop of yoghurt (mixed with sweetener if desired) and sprinkle with pistachios.
