- 1 1/2 cup (375ml) lemonade
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint

Combine lemonade, rind, juice and mint in a medium freezer-proof jug; freeze mixture about 1 hour or until partially frozen.

Stir mixture, then pour into four 80ml ice-block moulds. Freeze overnight until firm.
