Garlic & herb almonds

Garlic & herb almonds
- 2 cup whole raw almonds
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon flaked salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preheat oven to 180°C fanbake. In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients, making sure the almonds are well coated.

Line an oven tray with baking paper and spread the almonds evenly over it in a single layer.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until almonds are lightly golden (watch closely as they are easy to burn).

Set aside to cool completely then store in airtight bags or containers.
