- 1 1/3 cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt
- 300 gram peeled, chopped seedless watermelon
- 5, hulled strawberries
- 2 teaspoon honey
- 8 paddlepop sticks
- 1 (2 cups) large, peeled, chopped mango
- 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 passionfruit, pulp removed

Spoon 2 tablespoons yoghurt into eight pop moulds. Freeze 1 hour, until almost set.

In a food processor, process watermelon, strawberries and honey together, until smooth. Pour evenly among moulds. Freeze 1 hour. Insert paddlepop sticks.

In a clean food processor, process mango and juice together. Stir passionfruit through. Pour into moulds to fill. Freeze until firm.
