El diablo
This delightful mocktail can be enjoyed as a punch for dinner parties, or at a family BBQ on the beach – simply increase the quantities and taste before serving.

ingredients
El diablo
- 15 millilitre berry flavoured syrup
- 20 millilitre lime juice
- Appletiser, to top
- ice
- apple fan, for garnish
method

Add berry flavoured syrup and juice to an ice-filled highball glass.
- 2
Top with Appletiser and stir.
- 3
Garnish with an apple fan.
notes
To make this a cocktail simply replace berry syrup for crème de cassis, and add 45ml of tequila.
