- 150 millilitre East Imperial Grapefruit Tonic
- 50 millilitre Rogue Society Goldi Locks Dry Gin
- Dehydrated grapefruit wheel and white pepper to garnish

Fill a highball or copa glass with ice and add 50ml Rogue Society Goldi Locks Dry Gin.
