Dill and lemon potatoes
- 600 gram baby new potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh dill
- 2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon white sugar
- salt and pepper, to season

In a medium, baking-paper-lined steamer over a medium saucepan of simmering water, cook potato about 25 minutes or until tender.

Meanwhile, place juice, dill, mustard, oil and sugar in screw-top jar; shake well, season to taste.

Combine potatoes and dressing in large bowl. Serve topped with extra dill, if you like.
