Chocolate strawberries

  Place chocolate (dark, milk or white) in a heat proof bowl over a saucepan half-filled with simmering water. Stir until melted.

  Line a tray with baking paper. Holding strawberries by stem, dip into chocolate. Allow excess to drain off and place on tray. Chill until set. Serve with champagne.
