Chocolate Martini
This simple Chocolate Martini recipe is an easy cocktail to make.

- 45 millilitre vodka
- 45 millilitre crème de cacao
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 20 millilitre irish cream
- 10 millilitre framboise
- ice magic

Pipe a 12cm-circle with Ice Magic onto a flat plate. Quickly twist the rim of a 150ml cocktail glass in the chocolate; sit glass upright in freezer to set.

Meanwhile, combine vodka, crème de cacao and half of the ice cubes in cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously; strain into glass.

Combine remaining ice cubes, Irish cream and framboise in shaker. Shake vigorously; pour carefully over back of a spoon into glass so mixture floats on top. Do not stir. Garnish with small chocolate slivers and a fresh raspberry, if desired.
