Caramelised peaches
Spiced yoghurt adds perfumed creaminess to these peaches caramelised in brown sugar. Caramelising the peaches deepens their natural flavour.

- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 4 peaches
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
method
Caramelised peaches

Combine 1 cup yogurt with ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon and ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom in bowl.

Halve 4 peaches. Cook peach halves, cut-side down, on heated oiled grill plate until browned; turn. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons brown sugar over cut sides; turn, cook until sugar bubbles.

Serve peaches with spiced yogurt.
