Tomato and feta sticks

These stunning tomato and feta sticks are perfect for your next entertaining occasion. Simple, easy and delicious, this recipe will be your hors d'oeuvre go-to!


  • 24 cherry tomatoes
  • 24 basil leaves
  • 12 cubes of feta (approximately 70g)
  • olive oil for drizzling
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1/2 cup basil pesto


  1. Using small skewers, thread a tomato, followed by a basil leaf, a piece of feta, another basil leaf and finish with another tomato until all the ingredients are used up.
  2. Serve the skewers drizzled with the olive oil and a squeeze of the lemon juice accompanied by a bowl of basil pesto and toasted slices of bread.
