Tomato and feta sticks

- 24 cherry tomatoes
- 24 basil leaves
- 12 cubes of feta (approximately 70g)
- olive oil for drizzling
- juice of ½ lemon
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- Using small skewers, thread a tomato, followed by a basil leaf, a piece of feta, another basil leaf and finish with another tomato until all the ingredients are used up.
- Serve the skewers drizzled with the olive oil and a squeeze of the lemon juice accompanied by a bowl of basil pesto and toasted slices of bread.
