Stir-fry beef and Asian greens in oyster sauce

Method

1.Heat a wok or large frying pan over a medium heat. Add oil and stir-fry beef in two to three small batches to brown all over, then remove to a plate.
2.Add chilli and garlic to the pan and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Raise the heat, add sliced bok choy, oyster and soy sauces, toss and stir-fry quickly until greens have wilted.
3.Return beef to the wok, toss and stir-fry to combine. Serve immediately, with steamed rice, if desired.
