Method

Sausage andamp; antipasto pasta

1.Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water 10 minutes, or until tender but firm to the bite; drain.
2.Meanwhile, heat reserved oil in a large, deep frying pan over moderately high heat. Add sausages; cook, turning, 7 minutes, or until browned and cooked. Transfer to a heatproof plate; slice thickly.
3.Stir in pasta sauce, antipasto, artichokes and olives; bring to the boil. Reduce heat; simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes, or until sauce thickens.

Pasta sauce is a thick tomato-based sauce.
