Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes, following packet instructions. Drain well and return to pan.
2.Add salmon, artichokes, sour cream, olives, parsley, lemon juice and capers to pasta. Season to taste and mix well.
3.Spoon mixture into 4 individual ovenproof dishes. Sprinkle with combined cheeses. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Serve bake with salad if liked.

If desired, place under a hot grill during the last 5 minutes of cooking for a crisper result. Toss a few dry breadcrumbs through the cheese for extra crunch. 425g can tuna can be used in place of salmon.
