Method

1.Heat oven to 200C. Place pizza base on a baking tray. Lightly spread with tomato paste, leaving the edges free of topping. Top with sliced mozzarella and tomato, then season with salt and pepper.
2.Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until topping is bubbling hot and the pizza crust is golden brown.
3.Top with basil leaves while hot so that the leaves just wilt. Slice and serve immediately.
