This simple, summery milkshake recipe is sure to become a firm family favourite. And you can use any ice-cream flavour you like.
- 1 L strawberry ice-cream, softened slightly
- 3 cups milk
- 300 ml carton cream, whipped
- 1 tbsp hundreds-and-thousands
- Combine ice-cream and milk in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses.
- Using a piping bag fitted with a 2cm fluted tube, pipe cream onto surface of milkshakes. Sprinkle with hundreds-and-thousands.
