Strawberry and blue cheese salad
Ingredients
Dressing
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
Strawberry and blue cheese salad
- 80 g mesclun
- 250 g punnet strawberries, washed, halved
- 4 prosciutto slices, pan-fried, broken into pieces
- 4 ciabatta bread slices, baked, torn
- 100 g soft blue cheese, crumbled
Steps
Strawberry and blue cheese salad
- On a serving platter, combine mesclun, berries, prosciutto, bread and cheese.
- To make dressing, whisk all ingredients together in a jug. Season to taste. Drizzle over salad just before serving.
