Method
1.Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a saucepan on high.
2.Cook pork neck for 3-4 minutes, until browned.
3.Transfer to a plate. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in same pan on high. Saute onion, ginger, garlic cloves and sambal oelek for 2-3 minutes.
4.Blend in 1/2 teaspoon each chinese five spice and turmeric and cook, stirring, for 1 minute until fragrant.
5.Return pork to pan with condensed cream, chicken stock and apricot nectar.
6.Simmer covered for 40 minutes, then simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes, until pork is tender. Stir through chopped coriander.
7.Serve sprinkled with toasted flaked almonds and accompany with steamed rice.
