Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). In a large, shallow baking dish, combine rice bubbles, cornflakes and flaked coconut; roast, uncovered, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2.Transfer to large bowl; cool. Stir in dried pear, dried apple, prunes and cranberries. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 month.

Change the fruit to suit your child’s taste. We’ve allowed ¼ cup of the snack per serving.
