Ingredients

Method

1.Heat a char-grill plate or frying pan on medium. Cook sliced chorizo for about 1 minute on each side or until crisp and golden. Drain on paper towel.
2.Warm tortillas following packet instructions. Spread each with chutney and sour cream, then top with the remaining ingredients and the chorizo. Roll up to serve.

If you prefer, you can use lebanese bread and other fillings such as salsa, barbecue chicken or sliced brie.
