Lime and basil vinaigrette

Method

1.Combine ingredients for lime and basil vinaigrette in screw-top jar; shake well.
2.Combine avocado, artichoke and cucumber in medium bowl, add vinaigrette; cover, refrigerate 2 hours.
3.Place lettuce in bowl. Serve avocado mixture over lettuce.
