Ingredients

Basic overnight oats

  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural almonds, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter, plus extra to serve
  • sliced banana, finely chopped dark chocolate to serve

Steps

Basic overnight oats

  1. In a bowl, combine milk, oats, almonds, honey and vanilla extract. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
  2. Add peanut butter. Heat oats on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring, until warmed through.
  3. Serve warm oats topped with sliced banana, a big drizzle of peanut butter and finely chopped dark chocolate.
