Overnight oats with strawberries, figs and super seeds

Forget porridge! With a little prep before bed, you can wake up to these comforting overnight oats. This breakfast recipe is delicious served with strawberries, figs and a medley of seeds
Ingredients
Basic overnight oats
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup natural almonds, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Strawberry, fig and super seed oats
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup linseeds
- 1/2 punnet strawberries, chopped
- sliced strawberries, sliced figs and extra seeds, to serve
Steps
- In a bowl, combine milk, oats, almonds, honey, vanilla and seeds. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
- Heat oats on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring, until warmed through. Stir chopped strawberries through while heating.
- Top with extra strawberries, figs and seeds. Drizzle with extra honey to serve.
