Mango smoothie, mango recipe, brought to you by Woman's Day

Ingredients

Mango smoothie

  • 400 g frozen mango cheeks, can use fresh mango if available
  • 1 ripe banana, chopped
  • 1 cup milk, chilled
  • 100 g natural vanilla yoghurt
  • 2 scoops mango sorbet
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 passionfruit, halved, to serve

Steps

Mango smoothie

  1. Combine mango. banana, milk, yoghurt. sorbet and syrup in a food processor.
  2. Process until smooth. Pour into 4 tall glasses to serve. Serve with a passionfruit half (or top with passionfruit pulp)
