Ingredients

Ginger ale and citrus punch

  • 125 g strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 1 (240g) orange, halved, thinly sliced
  • 1 (90g) lime, thinly sliced
  • 700 ml pimm's no 1
  • 1 (130g) lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 5 cups (1.25l) chilled dry ginger ale
  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves

Steps

Ginger ale and citrus punch

  1. Place strawberries, orange and lime in a large serving jug. Add Pimm's and stir to combine. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
  2. Just before serving, add cucumber to jug. Stir in ginger ale and mint. Serve over ice.
