Garlic chilli prawns

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chilli flakes (or 1 teaspoon for more spice)
  • 500 g green prawns, shelled, tails intact and deveined
  • coriander sprigs and crusty bread, to serve


Garlic chilli prawns

  1. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan 1-2 minutes. Add garlic and chilli, and cook for 1 minute, until golden.
  2. Add prawns and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes, until prawns change colour. Season to taste. Top with coriander and serve with crusty bread.
