Fish and chip wrap
Tempt your kids with these fun dinner cones.
- 2 crumbed fish fillets
- 2 cups wedges
- 1 cup greens
- 10 cucumber sticks
- 2 tbsp mayo, tartare or aioli
- 2 wraps
- Preheat oven to 180oC and line a tray with baking paper. Arrange wedges and fish on the tray and bake for 10-15 minutes until fish is cooked and wedges crunchy.
- Fold the wrap into a cone shape and fill with salad greens and cucumber strips, add the wedges and fish and finish with a dollop of tartare or mayonnaise.
