Fish and chip wrap

Tempt your kids with these fun dinner cones.


  • 2 crumbed fish fillets
  • 2 cups wedges
  • 1 cup greens
  • 10 cucumber sticks
  • 2 tbsp mayo, tartare or aioli
  • 2 wraps


  1. Preheat oven to 180oC and line a tray with baking paper. Arrange wedges and fish on the tray and bake for 10-15 minutes until fish is cooked and wedges crunchy.
  2. Fold the wrap into a cone shape and fill with salad greens and cucumber strips, add the wedges and fish and finish with a dollop of tartare or mayonnaise.
