Ingredients
Fettuccine alfredo
- 375 g fettuccine
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 cup (250ml) extra light cream
- 1 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1 bunch chives, finely chopped pinch of nutmeg
- 1/2 cup (40g) grated parmesan
Steps
Fettuccine alfredo
- Cook fettuccine in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain.
- Meanwhile, lightly spray a frying pan with cooking oil spray and heat on medium. Cook garlic for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Add cream and bring to boil. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Season to taste and serve immediately.
