Fennel, pear and parmesan salad
- 1 large fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 1 packham pear, unpeeled, sliced
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup (20g) shaved parmesan
Steps
Fennel, pear and parmesan salad
- Arrange fennel and pear slices in a shallow serving bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season to taste and top with parmesan.
