  • 1 large fennel bulb, thinly sliced
  • 1 packham pear, unpeeled, sliced
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup (20g) shaved parmesan

Steps

  1. Arrange fennel and pear slices in a shallow serving bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season to taste and top with parmesan.
