Easy peach cream pie

This light and billowy cream pie is a case of assembly, rather than cooking, meaning anyone can make it!

Ingredients

Base

  • 125 g crushed Round Wine biscuits
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 100 g melted butter

Peach cream pie

  • 1 cup store-bought vanilla custard
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp (heaped Tbsp) icing sugar
  • bottled peaches

Steps

Base

  1. Combine all base ingredients, then press into a loose-bottomed tin.

Peach cream pie

  1. In a bowl, mix together the vanilla custard, whipped cream and icing sugar. Spread over the biscuit base and top with bottled peaches.
  2. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
