Ingredients
Crown Range Cellar blackcurrant smoothie bowl
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks or fresh mango slices
- 1/2 cup frozen blackcurrants or blueberries
- 1 cup coconut milk or more if needed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds
- 1-2 tsp Crown Range Cellar Blackcurrant Powder
To serve
- 1-2 tsp Crown Range Cellar Manuka Honey
- 2 tsp freeze dried blueberry slices
- 1 tbsp coconut chips, toasted
- 1 tbsp chopped raw almonds
Steps
- Place the banana, dates, mango chunks, blackcurrants, coconut milk, chia or flax seeds and blackcurrant powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into bowls and top with a drizzle of honey, freeze dried blueberry slices, coconut chips and almonds.
