Berry punch, berry recipe, brought to you by Australian Women's Weekly
- 300 g frozen mixed berries
- 150 g frozen cranberries
- 1/2 cup (110g) caster sugar
- 1/2 cup (125ml) raspberry liqueur (framboise)
- 1/2 cup (125ml) vodka
- 1 1/2 L (6 cups) cranberry juice, chilled
- 2 cups ice, to serve
- Place berries in a punch bowl, cover with sugar, liqueur and vodka. Let stand for 10 minutes.
- Stir in juice. Add ice 10 minutes before serving.
