Berry and ginger chia seed smoothie

This refreshing and delicious berry and ginger chia seed smoothie is great enjoyed for a healthy breakfast or afternoon treat

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup natural yoghurt
  • thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Steps

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
