Baked beans, pesto and smoked cheddar jaffle

Try these cheesy baked bean toasted sandwiches for a delicious, quick lunch or snack. If you don't like smoked cheese, just use ordinary cheddar, or whichever hard cheese you prefer.
Ingredients
Baked beans, pesto and smoked cheddar jaffle
- 4 slices (180g) white bread
- 20 g softened butter
- 2 tbsp basil pesto
- 260 g baked beans
- 2 tbsp coarsely grated smoked cheddar
Steps
Baked beans, pesto and smoked cheddar jaffle
- Butter both sides of 4 slices bread with butter. Spread 2 bread slices with pesto. Top with baked beans and cheddar.
- Season; top with remaining bread. Toast in jaffle machine or sandwich press for 3 minutes or until golden.
