Apple pie overnight oats

Ingredients
Apple pie overnight oats
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup natural almonds, roughly chopped, plus extra to serve
- 1/4 cup honey, plus extra to serve
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 grated apple
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon, plus extra to serve
- finely sliced apple, to serve
Steps
Apple pie oats
- In a bowl, combine milk, oats, almonds, honey and vanilla. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
- Add apple and cinnamon. Heat oats on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring, until warmed through.
- Serve warm oats topped with finely sliced apple, extra chopped almonds, a drizzle of honey and a dusting of cinnamon.
