After international success in Asia and Australia, Malaysian-born Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tarts are finally making their way to Auckland’s CBD.
The freshly baked tarts are both sweet and salty, boasting a rich centre and a crispy base. They can be eaten hot from the oven, warm or chilled (depending on your preference).
The masterminds behind PappaRich and Gong Cha are responsible for sharing all the cheesy goodness with Kiwis, with the new store opening on Friday 18 August on Queen St.
If you still aren't drooling, 200 tarts will be given away to the first customers on launch day (because what's more delicious than free food?).
